- The racquets are manufactured with this new material combination, Nano-Eplon™ which is a three-dimensional, nanometer-sized molecular mesh.
- This new 3D mesh is positioned in the sweet spot zone to increase stiffness and to boost power.
- The zones with Metacarbon™ and graphite layers is also reinforced with 3D Nano-Eplon™ mesh to enhance power without increasing weight. As a result, Nano-Eplon™ frames provide a perfect balance between stiffness and flexibility, power, control, speed and precision.
METACARBON™
Details
With Metacarbon™ Oliver has developed a modal fibre which enables us to built a very stiff and at the same time very light frame. To reach the necessary flexibility we mix the stiff Metacarbon™ material, with HSN rasin. Because of the higher material strength in a better powertransfer along with very light weight the new material combination allows a dynamic, explosive game we not known before.

The Metacarbon™ Eplon™ filament technology allows a new dimension in racket construction. Metacarbon™ fibres are tinctured (soaked) with the new development HQ4 rasin which can interpenetrade (infuse) the material 30% more than others. The intensity of preasure per qm can be raised about 14% which leads to thinner and lighter constructions with the same durability as before. Advantages:Lighter rackets
